In this example we will update the Dreambox with  Mister X   Firmware

Open the Dreamup programme see screen shot below
You should now disconnect your Dreambox from the
mains power supply and then click connect.

Once a connection has been established click erase

You will be asked to confirm you wish to erase click yes

Once fully erased you will get this confirmation box click ok

Now to add the Mister X image click flash

And locate the folder wher you keep your images
and select the one you wish to upload.
In this example we are using Mister X
but you can obviously use any image of your choice

If the black progress bar is still there
see screen shot below you will have to
click the flash button again and reload
the image.

This time it will auto start to upload
progress bar will be displaying correctly and show the speed of upload

Do not close or disconnect untill you see the confirmation box click ok

Now you can exit the Dreamup programme
disconnect your null modem cable and
plug in your Dreambox to the mains power
supply, your new image has been fully loaded.

If this is your first upload
dont panic if the screen seems to be frozen,
it can take a minute or two to load,
your screen may then go black for approx
30 seconds again this is normal.
Once it starts just select your preferancies
from the on screen selections.
