In this example we will programme a
Funcard
with L53 hex files using an Elvis Programmer
First click setup and select the com port & language

Now click the Fun/ATMega button this will
place you in the Funcard section

You can if you wish name the files you are
currently using
this will make it easier if you are using multiple files.
or you can leave it as Fun #1 (default name for file)
Select 24C64 in the Ex EE window even if you are using a Funcard
with a larger eeprom size than the one selected, as this will
give you a much faster overall write, in the Loader window select
ADteknik loader.

Now tick the Flash memory box and click
the Load button
You must now locate the folder where you keep your L53 file
Once you have located the L53 file select the Flash file
see screen shot below.

Once you have selected the Flash file it
will be placed in the Flash section
see screen shot below

Now tick the External EEprom box and click
the Load button
You must now locate the folder where you keep your L53 file
Once you have located the L53 file select the External file

Once you have selected the External Eeprom
file
it will be placed in the External Eeprom section
Now both the Flas & External files will be displayed
see screen shot below

You are now ready to write to your Funcard
All you do now is click the Programme button
You can if you wish erase your card first
but theres no real need as it is automatically
erased before the writing of the chips starts

Once the writing of the card has
compleated you will see
verification all was okay in the bottom of the screen

Your Funcard is ready for use.
