In this example we will write a Funcard
with L53 hex.files
This is the opening and main screen of Funmagic

Click 'Configuration' and select 'Apollo'
and set the Paralel and Eeprom sections
as we are using L53 files 24LC64 will sufice
0nce your satisfied with the settings click 'Aceptar'

Now we must select the files we wish to
use
as we are using L53 files we only need select
the Flash and External Eeprom hex files
Now click 'Abrir' button in the Flash section (the first one)

Locate the folder where you keep the L53
file
and select 'the Flash hex file

The Flash file should now be visable in
the Flash section (the top one)

Now we must select the L53 External Eeprom hex file
now click 'Abrir' button in the Eeprm Externa section
select the L53 External hex file

If you get an error pop up when you
selected the External Eeprom file
just ignore it as it was not expecting a hex file
Click 'OK' and just continue as normal

The External Eeprom file will now be
placed
in the Eeprm Externa section.
Now we have both the Flash & External Eeprom
Files visable in the correct sections
Top for Flash hex file (visable)
Middle for External Eeprom (visable)
Bottom for Internal Eeprom (empty) as we are not
using an Internal Eeprom file in this example

We are now ready to write
Click the icon of the Snail
this is the slow write but I have found
using the slow write assures a more acurate
write, even though it takes a little longer
The Icon of the Rabbit is for the fast write
I find this causes problems, but try both and
choose the one that works best for you.

Screen below shows card written okay no
errors

Finaly you will get the pop up window
confirming the card is okay
See screen shot below

Your Funcard is now ready for use.
Even if you remove the Funcard while
Funmagic is in
write mode Funmagic will only pause, and when
you reinsert the same Funcard it will continue
to write where it left off, without any problem.
