How to upload new firmware to your TM 1500 Receiver
You can leave the receiver on during the process, no need to turn it off.
The procedure is the same for official and patched firmware.
First open the TMLoader programme and select the com port
or you can click the Auto Detect button if you are unsure
make sure you have the null modem cable connected to the TM 1500
& the computers serial port otherwise you will get error messages
see image below.

Now click browse and select the folder where
you keep the TM 1500 firmware

Select the firmware you wish to install
here we are uploading the latest patched firmware once selected click open

Making sure the receiver is switched on, click the Start button

The upload will now start, you will see the progress on both the
receivers front pannel and the Loader.

You will then get the erase procedure
do not stop or turn off the receiver in this process
see image below

Once the erase procedure has completed you will get
the Finished option, click Finished and your
receiver will now be updated with the firmware
you just uploaded to it.

Close down the TMLoader programme and
start using your receiver as normal.

How to make the patch active
Click Menu then select System Information then Click the OK button
and type in 2-0-0-4 you will then get access to the CAS Menu if you did'nt already
